" Parkinson's is the fastest growing neurological disease in the world. Why isn’t it being recognized as such? Again, we’re not telling our stories deeply, fully, or loudly enough. Together, we can fix this. "
Currently, Kelley has a short-term goal is to raise $2,500.00 ASAP to cover the cost of additional training. She has been blessed with the opportunity to be involved in a course limited to sixteen dedicated souls.
The current sixteen-week curriculum will allow her to work alongside those who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's plus their care partners and or caregivers and even widows. Kelley will find new strengths as she uses her skills to write about her journey and understand others' stories while supporting them. She will continue her education by also using improv to change lives while creating new and deeper connections. The connections help her to help others to improve their lives and live them to the fullest.
Kelley's passion is to educate, offer emotional support, and connect to other wives whose husbands have been diagnosed with Parkinson's. She created "Parkinson's Better Halves" in Jan 2017 and it has maintained a membership of over 1,500 women since almost the creation of the group. Many wives wish to join, yet at the moment 1,500 is all Kelley feels she can properly support at this time.
So please, take a moment to gift, and support Kelley financially, every monetary amount helps to achieve the current goal of $2,500.00 to meet the current needs. Please say "yes".
Thank you for showing your love and appreciation and support.
